When ordering the Paris, Chantilly or Verona Lux bag, please keep in mind that these bags are lovingly crafted by hand when the order is placed. This is due to the fact that special requests are honored to the best of our ability.
Choices in linings and buttons (vintage or hand-thrown ceramic) are available.
Thus, bags can sometimes be in queue waiting for their turn to be crafted. Usually this wait is no more than 2 weeks. Sometimes the bag is already made and available to ship immediately.
We will email you with the status of the bag you ordered (within 24 hours of order) to let you know when the expected ship date is. If this is not agreeable, please inform us right away.
Orders cancelled AFTER 7 days following that email will have 60% of payment refunded plus shipping. We reserve the right to retain 40% of payment, as custom order agreement has been broken.
